The copy of the Family tree is currently available in PAF (Personal Ancestral File) format from the Home page it will require a family tree computer program to run. I currently use the the program freely available on http://www.familysearch.org.
May be all McColough's should have only one "L", we may have the correct spelling. For interest sake it was almost always spelt different by Government Officials on Wills and other official documents but never by the McColough's themselves who were obviously more literate than most. Examples exist in Archibald Parks McColough's last will and testimony and the ship Chibucto inventory log.
He is the son of Archibald McColough (1781 to 1871). He and his wife Elizabeth traveled to Australia on the Ship Chibucto and were pioneer setters in Sandhust (later called Bendigo) Victoria .
I wish this fact was documented, we would all like to know the answer to this question. Any information would be gratefully received by graham who can be contacted on graham@mccolough.net
